Happy New Year! In the last couple weeks many of us have lived by the moto “new year, new me.” If you are still going strong on your resolutions that’s great! If not, that’s great too; it’s still a new year and you still have time to make those changes. It’s difficult to make or break a habit overnight and a day or two of mishaps doesn’t equate to a complete fail of your goals for 2018.
